Ceramic crown for an endodontically treated molar

Chief complaint
Weak molar after previous root canal treatment; patient wants it protected.
Diagnosis
Endodontically treated tooth with extensive coronal loss requiring full coverage.
Treatment plan
Composite core build-up, conservative chamfer preparation, digital impression and provisional crown, then try-in and resin cementation of the definitive crown with occlusal adjustment.
